The documentation and code of this project are licensed under the Dubhe Nexus Software Open Source License (DNL). The specific scope of authorization and restrictions are determined by the module combination code identified in the project.
Based on the selected module combination, you are generally free to:
• Access and Read — Obtain and study the code design and logic of this software.
• Share — Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format (subject to REF module restrictions).
• Adapt — Remix, transform, or build upon the material for secondary development (subject to REF module restrictions).
Under the following terms (effective only when the corresponding module code is declared in the project):
ATT — Attribution
You must provide appropriate credit in all copies and derivative works, retain a link to the
"Dubhe Nexus Innovation and Research Studio," and explicitly indicate changes in the modified
files. You may not suggest in any way that the licensor endorses you or your use.
NC — Non-Commercial
You may not use this software, its source code, or derivative works for any commercial purposes
(including but not limited to direct sales, charging as a core component of SaaS/PaaS, traffic
monetization, or deployment in corporate internal production environments) unless you have
obtained separate authorization.
REF — Reference-Only
This software is provided strictly for "learning and reference." It is strictly prohibited to
copy, deploy, run, or integrate the code into any other projects; it is also strictly prohibited
to use it for academic publications, patent applications, or stripping out core logic.
Special Clause (REF + SL):
The "distribution ban" under REF is lifted only when your derivative work meets the
"Substantive Innovation Standard" (i.e., adding independent logic and rewriting more than 30%
of the core code). Once lifted, your distribution behavior must fully comply with the
requirements of [SL] Same-License. Modified versions that do not meet this
standard are strictly prohibited from being distributed in any form.
SL — Same-License
If you adapt, modify, or build upon the material, you must:
- Distribute your derivative works under the Dubhe Nexus Software Open Source license containing the exact same module collection as the original software (unauthorized removal or addition of modules is prohibited);
- Mandatorily disclose the complete source code; closed-source distribution or code obfuscation is strictly prohibited;
- Explicitly declare the license link.
(Exemptions apply for personal local learning or internal, non-public network service use).
No Additional Restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits, nor may you circumvent the restrictions of the established modules above.
